Paul is responsible for all operational aspects of a $30m worldwide OEM company. He manages the operations of two plants and 250 employees at Oak Ridge, Tennessee and Solingen, Germany.

Paul has managed several global manufacturing and production companies with operating revenues in excess of $100m. He has a proven track record of Executive Management Leadership.

Senior Utility Superintendent (Ret.)

Jack is a former Senior Utility Field Operations Superintendent. He worked exclusively for the City of Westminster, Colorado for 38 years and has achieved the highest classification as a certified Class 4 Distribution and Collection System operator. Jack is an expert in the installation of water distribution systems.

Vice President Operations and Co-Founder

Kevin brings over 20 years’ direct field management experience and innovative water jetting techniques to create unique solutions for the commercial, industrial and municipal sectors. As Co-Developer of the Hydrant-Flush™ system, He is an expert in Robotic surface preparation, Industrial pipe cleaning, Kevin has over 20 years’ experience as field service mechanic on Heavy equipment and Trucks.

A Senior Executive and Consultant at large since 1995 Gary has specialized in the development of manufacturing systems and production management for over sixteen years; Responsible for entire management from technical sales through final plant commissioning including engineering oversight and startup of turn-key manufacturing factories in twenty different countries.

Mr. Gerrans has over 20 years of experience within the cleantech, information and technology services industries. He is a proven executive with a track record of successful P&L management, turnaround, growth and corporate transactional experience. He holds an Engineering Degree from the University of Colorado and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
