Prior to founding Hazarai, Ian spent nearly 10 years working in the entertainment industry with experiences including the management of his own production company for clients Johnson & Johnson, Novo Nordisk, and others, as well as writing and producing content for television channels MTV, IFC, Comedy Central, Spike, Fuse, and Oxygen. Away from Hazarai he geeks out on graphic novels, fantasy baseball (a 3 time champion), and the New York Knicks.

Wayne is a bona-fied expert in all things "geek culture." A life-long fan, he has been an obsessive collector for over 30 years. Prior to joining the Hazarai team Wayne worked in a wide variety of roles in the entertainment industry, ranging from television and film production to talent management. His credentials for moderating the Hazarai community through its entertainment content are no doubt second to none.

Kyle is the Founder & CEO of Forrst, a community of fifty thousand developers and designers acquired in March 2012. Prior to founding Forrst his more recent experiences included engineering for The Huffington Post and mSnap, as well as mentoring for the Tech@NYU program. Some of his other past endeavors include: CTO of BricaBox, Founder of Placefav, CTO of Corkd, Co-Founder & CTO of My Social Dog
