Russ is an experienced technology manager having worked on critical technology elements for Molex, Xerox and Nike. He has also been responsible for assessment of technology maturation as part of technology staging and roadmapping activities for large corporations.

He holds a BSME from Northwestern University and a MS in Engineering Technology Management from Portland State University.

Matt has extensive industrial experience as an engineer at Ford Motor Company and Xerox Corporation. He has held roles both in engineering management and program management, with responsibility for the delivery of new products to market. He holds Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and the University of Cincinnati, respectively, and is a certified Program Management Professional.

Dr. Brown was a primary researcher on the technology that Hawthorne Materials Corp is based on. Her work and publications on medicinal use of elemental bismuth has been featured in numerous peer reviewed publications. She holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Portland State University and Bachelor's degrees in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Reed College

Dr. Goforth is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemistry at Portland State University. She has a PhD in Inorganic Chemistry from the University of South Carolina. Dr. Goforth is a Signature Research Fellow, Oregon Nanoscience and Microtechnologies Inst. (ONAMI)
