Hawaii Professional Football League (HPFL), LLC for-profit organization operating in the State of Hawaii, has a mission to develop Hawaii and disadvantaged athletes, through academic and technical skill-building, and facilitating contacts with the NFL. The main goal, is to become the development league to the NFL. HPFL can be the minor league for the NFL.
