Rohit is an engineer from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), a premier engineering school in India, and an MBA from Stern, NYU. He is a seasoned software professional with 12 years of experience in software product management, development, and sales. Rohit is an experienced entrepreneur with HashTip being his third startup. Rohit has extensive experience in working for early stage as well as mature software companies in various roles.

Vikas is a computer science engineer and an MBA. Vikas brings 15 yrs on experience in web software development and architecture to Hashtip. He started started his career with Fedex as a software engineer and later went on to work with IBM TJ Watson labs on databases and grid computing. Vikas worked at Morgan Stanley & headed the web architecture team at WebMD. Most recently, Vikas was principle architect of eCommerce at John Wiley and Sons.
