my company is trying to build a bridge between organised professionally run butchery and local butchery. In India we don't find meat of highest quality, so many five star restaurant in India import meat from Australia and New Zealand. My company will focus on quality of meat and having meat processing as per HACCP standard which is lacking in Indian market
