Company Summary
Harbor Vascular provides a device and data service for surveilling the progression Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD) after diagnosis. Data is gathered by the patient in the home, delivered to the cloud and presented to the physician for analysis. Based on existing reimbursement, we plan to bill the physician $30 per patient per month. The bulk of the hardware engineering work is complete via off-the-shelf components, maintaining a low COGS.

David has held positions; VP Marketing,VP Engineering and operation, and founder/president. Most recently, VP of Engineering and Operations of a new medical system responsible for defining and completing the 510k. Currently, Chair of the WBBA’s WING’s Screening Committee and mentor with their WIN program.

Jonathan RobertsCTOJonathan is an expert in software and software development specializing in mobile software, telemetry and scalable systems. He earned his B.S. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University. He spent 9 years at Amazon developing scalable systems and another few years at Disney developing mobile and back-end systems. Jonathan has lately provided consulting services in aerospace telemetry where he now has a patent pending.

Damon PierceCMODamon is a practicing physician, board-certified in both Vascular and General Surgery. He received a B.S. in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry from Yale University prior to earning his medical degree at the University of Texas. He currently serves as the Section Chief of Vascular Surgery at Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle. He has multiple research publications in peer- reviewed medical journals.
