Harana will be a brick&mortar restaurant that will operate in the Portland area. It is mid-scale restaurant serving up Filipino food prepared Boodle Fight Style (however, spoon and forks will be optional), while folklore music is played in various dialects. Boodle Fight Style is a military style of eating with hands (kamayaan) while food is laid out on banana leaves. Harana will primarily use locally- sourced ingredients.
