My company would provide this community with quality meats and seafood. It would reflect the old style of butcher shop that gave customers one on one service with the butcher with all products cut fresh in front of the customer. It will also carry organic meats something that is in high demand but not offered in the community. My customers range in type from mid income to high income and expect quality. No one offers this here in Banff.
