Matias is one of the founders of the company. He is a Engineer with mention on Biotechnology. During the last year of University, he start to run the brewery project. Now he's running a post-degree on business administration on the University of Chile. Matias has a very entrepreneur personality, he choose all the team members and now is the head behind all the marketing and commercial strategies, as well as all the administration management.

Sebastián is one of the founders of the company. He studied Audiovisual Communication on Duoc University. A few years later he start to learn about beer production. Sebastian start to make beer on 2006 as a home brewer. Years later he studied in two of the best beer academy's in the world. Now he in charge of all the production cycle and the elaboration of new recipes in order to keep leading the innovation of the new products.

Rodrigo have a lot of experience in sales and working with commercial team's. he's working on the commercial area in the last 20 years. Some of his past charges are; KAM on Cavas Reunidas S.A.; KAM on Viñedos Corpora S.A.; Commercial Manager on Wine & Beers SPA and one personal entrepreneur. Rodrigo is the one who execute all the commercial planning. As one of his biggest skills, he knows how to work under the pressure of commercial goals.
