I moved to Stony Plain, Alberta in September. There is potential to open a successful Dollar Store in town. The 2015 census states that the town population is approximately 16,000. The area census covers a population of 60,000.
There is a mixture of seniors and middle income families. The Dollar Store would have to be independently owned/operated. I have sourced a high visibility and traffic space for lease.
