Robert is responsible for the day-to-day management of the business. Prior to founding HCNA, Robert spent 12 years in financial services, working at JPMorgan Chase and private equity firm Penton Partners. He was also a CEO and co-owner of a successful homa appliance startup company. Robert holds BA in International Business and Finance. He completed Executive Education programs at Harvard Business School and London Business School of Economics.

John oversees compliance and assists in general business planning. John is a corporate attorney and the founder of Buckman Group - Corporate Counsel. A serial entrepreneur, John sits on the board of a number of privately held companies. Prior to his entrepreneurial turn, John served as an associate at two large multi-national law firms, where he represented several Fortune 500 companies, as well as venture capital and private equity firms.

Jan oversees implementation and integration of the system. Prior to HCNA, Jan was a Director with UBS. Jan has significant experience in large scale system design, development and delivery. Jan developed the initial implementation of IBM's MQ Series product and has advised JP Morgan, Bear Stearns, The Hartford, Merrill Lynch, Starwood Hotels and AT&T California. Jan has a BS in Mathematics from the University at Albany.
