A Haitian American who possesses 25+ years of executive management experience in the agribusiness, consumer packaged goods, and beverage sectors. An industry recognized professional having held executive positions with companies ranging from startups to Fortune 500 firms such as Del Monte Fresh Produce, Sunsweet Growers, and Delicious Foods. P&L responsibilities encompassed strategic planning, operations, sourcing, and new product development.

Mr. Bruce has over 30 years of experience working in banana production with Dole’s Standard Fruit Company in Costa Rica. His specialty is soils and drainage systems, but he also has applied experience in farm management, infrastructure and equipment supervision as well as farm planning and rehabilitation. Mr. Bruce has a B.S. in Agronomy from the Universidad de Costa Rica.

Mr. Docteur is a trained Haitian agronomist graduating from the Faculté d’Agronomie et de Médecine Vétérinaire. He has dedicated his career primarily to public service with a focus on initiatives seeking improvement in the agricultural sector.

Mr. Docteur was most recently the Minister of Agriculture till May 2012. Previous positions include Secretary of State for Agriculture, and Project Manager - Bank of Credit and Agricultural Development.

Ing. Dorce a Haitian agronomist who received his degree from the Universidad ISA in the Dominican Republic. Ing. Dorce has experience in agricultural project management and worked with a banana farming operation in the Dominican Republic for two years. He is responsible for the overall development and operation of the farm under the supervision of Michael Pereira and Ing. Prospero Bruce.

Ing. Démosthène is another Haitian agronomist from the Universidad ISA in the Dominican Republic. She has experience in developing and managing nurseries and is responsible for our farm nursery. In addition, she will be the person responsible for managing our irrigation operations.
