GHT is developing a new design for a gas burner, primarily utilized in cooking applications, that has two radical improvements. First, this gas burner creates electricity when in use. Secondly, this burner rotates the flame horizontally to the cooking vessel. I call this mechanical heat distribution,...it prevents the creation of hot spots, ie. no one spot on your pan receives constant energy that it must displace.
