GHT has a non-provisional patent for its Gyro-Therm burner. The Model A burner is the first gas burner to employ energy harvesting and a rotating heating body that can be a retrofit to any gas outlet. The Model A burner harvests wasted heat energy to power an electric motor that in turn rotate the burner arms horizontal to the cooking vessel or item. Rotating the heating body prevents hot spot creation by doing the job of heat displacement.
