Our mission is to create a place where trainers, instructors from all over the world can share their passion for movement and access a much larger network of people then they ever could on their own. It's a place where people can find motivation to move and the knowledge they need to make positive changes in their lives. This is done through a socially interactive, video-based interface, designed to both share and create motivation to move.
