He is on numerous advisory boards and is well connected in the local, state, and national educational technology and textbook publishing community. He served as an E-Textbook Reviewer in 2009-2010 for the Texas Education Agency’s first Commissioner’s List adoption.

Educational psychology Ph.D. with 10+ years research experience on human cognitive processing. Previously served as a statistical, measurement, and evaluation specialist for the University of Texas at Austin, Cisco Learning Institute, and the U.S. Air Force. Expertise in innovative instructional design of simulations/games and measurement in the global educational community. Current research focuses on the power of games and sims for learning.

Mr. Hayes is a veteran software engineer with over a decade of experience leading development teams. Hayes studied computer architecture design and software engineering at Virginia Tech, and he’s an expert in multiple programming languages. While working at the University of Texas, he created military leadership training simulations and simulation building tools for the United States Army.

Mr. Nihalani holds a Masters in CS from the world-renowned Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai, India. He has 40+ years of experience starting, managing, and selling technology companies. Mr. Nihalani helped pioneer e-commerce in the 1980s while working at National Systems Corp., the company he co-founded, and later at Sterling Software. He has overseen all aspects of successful global projects, including technical, operational & financial.

Mr. Snavely is a recognized leader in game design, including mobile. He has worked in the game industry for 14 years making all genres of games for almost all platforms. He leads GYLO game design projects and ensures that stealth assessments are implemented correctly.
