Glenn Wastyn has the commercial background in the high-tech and travel industry. He started his first company GlobEvents in 1995 from scratch to $5M. As of 2004 he expanded the Digital Cinema business unit for Barco from $20M to $50M global business in 3 years’ time and oversaw commercial and supplier relations in the South/West Europe Division at BCD Travel for over $1.5B. His industry experience is uniquely tailored for this business.

Erwin Maes is the financial and process expert. He has gained a vast experience as auditor at PWC, financial analyst at KBC Insurances and as manager financial reporting (28.5B€ global consolidation) at Philippe Morris in Lausanne (CH). Since 2006 he has taken several financial interim management roles ranging from the largest companies (ABInbev) to more industry relevant (Belgacom/Telindus) focusing on operational excellence and restructuring.

C. C. is the technical expert. He has a PhD in applied Science and experience in R&D and Product Management at Barco. He lived as an expat in the US for the last 3 years, leading one of Barco’s acquisitions in Austin, Texas, which enriched his experience to build a business, but also to restructure it.
