Single Mother of a 23 yr old daughter
I was raised in SC were cooking was a fundamental part of my family, however, I was always getting sick due to my diagnosed. There were no gf options. I decided to open GFG to help other kids enjoy tasty gf products in a safe environment.

I have worked as prep cook, line cook, I ran my own kitchen at a daycare of more the 100 children at any given time for 2 years. We have done charity events from thanksgiving feeds for local seattle shelters and also donate to numerous charitys thru out the year. I spend 6 days a week enjoying my job and hoping we can continue to expand to see more and more oppurtunitys to help out people who may need gluten free products in there diet.
