Since leaving MSFT he has started companies in healthcare services, financial services, and K-12 education.

    Deborah Kessler is a “get it done” executive who has lead major projects for the US Space Program, Medical Device Industry, and Pharmaceutical Industry. In 2008, she set out to use her engineering and management expertise in the transformation of healthcare. Partnering with Bill Wekell, they adapted closed loop guidance technology to create a simple affordable product that empowers everyone to responsible for their own self-care.

    Bill Wekell has designed and shipped many electromechanical products in his career. He has extensive experience in patient monitoring devices through his work with SpaceLabs Healthcare and Welch Allyn. His mother had congestive heart failure and her experiences were the inspiration to better serve the unmet needs of those suffering chronic illness.

    Jim Gamache has broad technical experience and expertise. He can build a circuit board with embedded code or develop the end user interface on a cell phone - and everything in between. He has architected a flexible, modular system that is easy to customize for each client installation and patient. He has spent his career as a successful serial entrepreneur from the first day following his college graduation as an electrical engineer.
