Tom has 30+ years of experience managing and developing hardware products from complex printed circuit boards to high density integrated circuits. At IDT Tom pioneered Content Addressable Memories for internet search and routing, and lead the successful development of a single chip algorithmic search engine with a billion transistors. Previously Tom was the lead engineer on the development of high performance computer graphics hardware.

Joop is an expert in project management, business development and agile development with extensive startup experience, with successful company exits. Most of his work has been at the intersection of hardware and software, including digital verification simulators to imaging, storage and self-learning picture recognition.

Brad is an expert in agile product management and software development. As R&D and product leader at Borland, Brad delivered the award-winning Borland C++ ($50 M rev) and managed common code across multiple Borland products. As consultant to Rational (now IBM) he managed products at teams across four states and delivered all under schedule. Brad was also Zend Technologies' chief evangelist; launching Zend Framework to millions of downloads.
