In 2003, Toby founded the Toby Hansen Agency Inc., a multi-line insurance agency located in Missoula, Montana; Toby started two insurance agencies and took them from zero dollars in sales to over $3,000,000. Toby In 2013, he created the Northwest Guide and Outfitters program which insures more than 400 insureds in the U.S. Toby also designed the architecture for several cloud based Insurnce systems in use today.

Tihana worked as a freelancer for and within various organizations. She helped them maximize their social media presence/potential and their online advertising endeavors. Tihana promoted and executed social media strategies in a number of niches – from environmental, rural development, civil society, and sustainable development issues to various food and beverage brands.

Stjepan has worked on and created hundreds of websites and web-based applications using different technologies (asp.net MVC, Microsoft SQL, PHP, MySQL). His work includes e-commerce websites, SharePoint Solutions, various Content Management Systems (CMS) implementations, independent blogs, and non-profit websites. His latest projects include building Insurance web based applications (based on asp.net and Microsoft SQL).
