Patricia is a Brand and Digital Marketing expert with 20 years global experience in Product Management and Advertising. She has helped to put companies back on the map, and created unique identities for many Fortune 500 brands. Patricia's strength is capturing and engaging a global audience for the brands she manages. She creates a relevant and consistent voice which enhances the brands success through digital, retail and media.

Cicely brings her wealth of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager for L'Oreal Brands and Victoria Secret to Gryphon Design Collective. Cicely harbors a tremendous ability to maximize new business opportunities and use the digital space as a conduit for crowd sourcing and fiscal success.

Tamara brings a wealth of cross-cultural relations and best practices to Gryphon. A journalist by trade, Tamara has spent many years as an advocate and peaceful observer for NGO's and the Swedish Government. Tamara will be leading Gryphon's International Relations and Corporate Social Responsibility programs.

Ryan brings a creative vision to system programming and proprietary software development. She is a consummate professional who melds her training as a graphic artist with her passion as an analyst.
