Prior to founding GruntWorks, Fouser founded RealNet Investments, which owned and operated properties across the US. RealNet ranked in the Inc. 500 List at #298 and #82 in 2007 & 2008. He has significant experience in identifying early stage opportunities, creating products and services to meet emerging demands, and building rapidly expanding businesses. BS from Pepperdine University and has held leadership roles in YPO and other boards.

Michael has more than 20 years of IT experience and has been a licensed attorney since 2003.
Prior to working with GruntWorks, Michael was a pioneer in online services in the 1990s, and later the founding principal of a regional technology consulting company. Michael’s years in the technology and law experience provides him with the background necessary to spearhead the technological developments. He is also a Registered Securities Principal.

John Griffith is a Senior Executive with 31 years of experience. Griffith’s experience includes founding, financing and negotiating the sale of multiple companies. Griffith founded, financed, and sold TeliSmart.com, Inc. He also negotiated the sale of Bio-Reaction Industries Corp; negotiated a substantial equity raise and stock restructure for Global Services Network; closed two venture rounds of financing for Web MD/Sapient Health Network.

Troy has more than 27 years of direct sales experience in the products and services industries. He has position of Director of National of Global sales for
Homedics Group (Sharper Image), Oregon Scientific, Norelco, Trek-Technologies and Remington Products Company. In each case, the distribution channels and the sales volume experienced significant growth under his leadership. Holds a BS degree plus Phillips Select and Advance Mgmt. Programs
