I have a BS in Business and a MBA in Sustainable Enterprises. I have 3 years of hydroponic growing experience, 7 years in the retail/wholesale nursery industry, years of import/export knowledge, 5 years in supply chain management and inventory analysis plus business development and consulting experience. I created 2 b plans for MBA competitions while in grad school, providing solutions to some of the world's most pressing concerns.

Tom has a range of experience that he has brought to this venture. He is responsible for partial designs of our Growing Units, and growing all of our produce in our greenhouse. He has quickly become our in-house hydroponics expert. He now far exceeds my hydroponic knowledge and it only continues to grow. He knows more about hydroponic growing now than the people selling the products. The plants he is growing are amazing!
