Grow Your Roots is a vegan business that began as a food vendor at a popular Farmers' Market. With continual success we are now hoping to become a full service Cafe with Catering. I found the perfect location for the new café, however, was hit with a huge unexpected equipment cost. Without additional investors to help purchase the remaining kitchen equipment we would not meet city standards and could not continue to expand.
