Company Summary

Grist & Toll is revitalizing the artisan trade of freshly milled flour and bringing it back to the city center. We produce whole grain flour, freshly milled to order for restaurants, bakeries, gourmet food stores, and consumers. By using a stone mill and practicing whole grain milling, we create flour that is more nutritious and flavorful than current brands. Our customer base is made up of supporters of local, fresh and minimally processed food.
