We make fun, all natural specialty foods centered around our unique flour tortilla chips revolutionizing the market one delicious, flaky crunch at a time.
Our product line was born from our restaurant of over 18 years. Our customer is looking for a fresh idea in snacks and food that builds around quality & clean, natural ingredients. We seek to keep manufacturing in Vermont, to supply jobs and help strengthen the economic future of Vermont.

    Founded Candeleros (now Gringo Jack's) restaurant in 1994 and has made it one of the top grossing and most popular restaurants in Manchester area. In 2004, recognizing the need to diversify, he began bottling and selling sauces. The product line has become successful in its own right with sales over $190k in 2010. In 2009, Jack joined the board of VT Specialty Foods Assoc as Vice President where he currently sits.

    In 1982, founded & VP of BTI, a computer & secretarial school with national locations, serving both the private sector & bidding for govt contracts under the JTPA Served on the board as director, until the business was sold in 1993. In all yrs of operation, all 17 locations maintained the highest train to job rate of all contracts. 1990, she was investor, co-founder & board member of a private club in FL. 1995, entered the restaur industry
