During my study at Parsons The New School for Design, I came up with an idea that would make goal setting more enjoyable for people. Rather than looking at the process and focusing on the work that needs to be done, achieving goals is like a game. Achieving every goal does not mean you win, it just means you took the fastest route to your future. So rather than dreading the workload necessary to complete your goals, focus on the future you.
