The Grilled Chz is simple, streamlined and efficient. We bring “Fresh, quality comfort foods at an affordable price” to the American public. Small space requirements for each location, approximately 1,000 to 2,000 sqft, enables us to keep rent low in high traffic areas. With low labor and cost of goods, gross margins are over 50%. Our intent is to expand the brand throughout Northern California in clusters in order to maximize our potential.
