Walker has a degree in hotel administration from Cornell University. He built the mid-Atlantic's largest food composting company, servicing many Fortune 500 companies. He has consulted to the World Bank and Conservation International, writes for HotelExecutiveOnline.com and has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Hotelie Magazine, NPR, Smart Planet, and the Washington Post. He is an Eagle Scout and PADI SCUBA Instructor.

Ben provides strategic financial planning for the company. He served as a Corporate Controller where he was responsible for providing operational support and financial leadership for 26 hotel properties. He has led hotel transition projects where he implemented standard operating procedures and financial systems. He has reported to publicly traded owners. He is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Accounting at the University of Maryland.

Jeremy taught himself computer programming at 8 years old, studied computer science and engineering at the University of Pennsylvania, and has been a lead programmer on projects at the FBI, SAIC, and Lockheed Martin as well as the co-founder of S2 Logic, a software start-up.
