Turgut Ziyal (58), currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Nil A.S., a Turkish distributing group for baby products and gadgets. Turgut Ziyal is also the founder and the Managing Partner of The Istanbul Consulting Company. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer for Gum and Sugar Confectionery at Yildiz Holding and as the Managing Director of Perfetti Van Melle Turkey. Holds MBA and BA degrees from Bogazici University.

Halil Eralp (62) has been serving as a Board Member at Bankpozitif, Istanbul since 2007. He is also the Chairman of the Audit Committee.
During 1995-1999 Mr. Eralp has served as the Representative of Fortisbank, and MeesPierson Bank in Turkey. From 1992 to 2007, Mr. Eralp provided consultancy services in the areas of trade finance, and structured finance.

Tuygan YALIN (61) holds a Chemical Engineering, MSc degree from Drexel University, Philadelphia, USA; BSc degree from University of Istanbul. Has more than 32 years of extensive project management, company management, marketing and sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Tuygan is one of the key founders of TAYMED- PHARMEXX, the first Contracted Sales Company in pharma industry with 700+ sales team and 75mio USD turnover.
