Greenvity Communications is a venture backed startup developing communications chips that will be used in various green applications. (Smart Grid, EV Charging and Smart LED Lighting). We raised 7M series A in 2010 from DFJ, Megachips Japan and private investors. We are 2 months away from having samples available for our first product and are starting our Series B round to fund the companies expansion.
