Angela is a multi-disciplined professional with an eighteen-year background in project management, sales, business development, marketing and public relations. She has lived and traveled extensively throughout Europe, the US and Canada, working with all levels of business, non-profits, as well as all levels of government in Canada and the US managing a variety of engineering, energy efficiency and environmental projects.

Lindsay has an extensive background in developing sustainability strategies and programs that lead to behaviour change. Prior to co-founding GreenStep, she worked on a variety of government projects related to waste and water reduction. Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology with a Biology minor. She has completed the Masters Level Strategic Sustainable Development program through the Blekinge Institute of Technology in Sweden.

Darrell leads all of the energy and sustainability assessments at GreenStep. He has conducted over 700 energy assessments, working with utility incentive programs to help clients achieve short-term savings and long term return on investment.

Darrell holds a BA from the University of Portsmouth Business School and his Certified Energy Manager in Training Designation from the Association of Energy Engineers.
