Matt came up with the concept of GreenLight. He is from a software development and IT management background. For the past 4 years he has been the Managing Director of an IT company he started. He recently left to focus on GreenLight. He is responsible for creating the features that will give GreenLight a strong viral co-efficient, the matching algorithms, and the revenue generating models.

Gaz handles the branding, PR, marketing and operations. After University, he moved to Tokyo and began a career in IT recruitment. He quickly moved up to become an Associate Director. As part of this rise he managed multiple teams and turned his area of focus into a $2m line of business. In 2011 he returned to the UK to become a Director at Matt’s IT company. He left recently to focus his attentions on GreenLight.

Dave is the Lead Developer for GreenLight. He has spent the last six years working at two Tier 1 Investment banks. He has extensive experience of financial cloud computing, application development and open source technologies. He specialises in Linux and Ruby and is an active member of the Ruby on Rails community.
