    Mark Elfers, CEO, is a former Marine Corp fighter pilot and Amgen alum who has spent the last five years in digital health startups with one exit.

    Mark was the Head of Finance and Operations at Blue Note Therapeutics, a VC-backed digital health startup. He left to start Elevate Therapeutics, a Mass General Brigham digital palliative care spinout.

    Mark holds an Aerospace Engineering BS from the Naval Academy, and a Finance MBA from Pepperdine.
