His innovation with sales tactics come from his direct experience working with million dollar sales teams.

James has initiated and owned several small start-ups: A restaurant, a boutique social media company and a theatre company responsible for some of Austin's more rewarding productions. He is currently in negotiations with Nickelodeon for the acquisitions of an animated series. He has received nominations for his work as a playwright and has a published book of short stories. In the summer, he instructs mountaineering for Outward Bound.
