    CEO and Founder

    Hassan is the creative visionary behind GVM’s products.

    Adept at designing engaging, easy-to-use applications, he also has an intimate understanding of the graphic designer market.

    Hassan is also a serial entrepreneur having built a successful Montreal fitness center with 22,000 members.

    Hassan holds a BA with Honours in Telecommunication Engineering from the University of Concordia.

  • Majdeline Abou Jaoude
    VP Business Development

    Majdeline has over 24 years of experience in project and business development. Highlights of her career include her role as Executive Director at the Associates of Science and Technology and her Business Development role at the National Bank of Canada and Obsoft France.

  • Doug Pratt
    COO

    Doug Pratt is a 20 year wireless technology veteran. He was CTO at Vodafone-AirTouch's international property in Romania, SVP of Operations at Visto (now Good) and VP Operations at Vantrix in Montreal.

    Doug’s organizational and operational skills have been honed with international market launches for a number of wireless products.

    Doug holds a BS in Computer Science from St. Andrews University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
