Michael J ThompsonCorporate Legal Counsel
Mr. Thompson has worked with state and federal government on behalf of businesses for over 25 years. He holds a JD from Cooley Law School and has served two terms in the Utah State Legislature. Mr. Thompson has worked closely with current Utah Governor Gary Herbert on several initiatives. Mr. Thompson’s relationships with U.S. Congressman Jason Chaffetz and U.S. Senator Orin Hatch enable visibility of green energy solutions at the national level.

Mardy has been in the technology space over the last 18 years. He holds degrees in Computer Network Systems. He was the co-developer of the Nextel first responder encrypted network used by police officers as a primary or secondary system to the widely used private high frequency radios at the time. Secured data across cellular networks. Mr. Rich is also owner of Mental Voodoo Solutions a and co-owner of Iyearbooks.com. Filed US Patent in 1999.
