Aaron began building in 1988 and has worked in real estate finance since 1997. He is a third generation lender and entrepreneur with a deep understanding of real estate finance, residential construction, and energy efficiency. He worked for 10 years at Pacific Crest Savings Bank in residential and construction lending. Aaron has underwritten over $200 million in real estate loans. He holds an EMBA from UW and is a board member of the WEC.

Sam has compared over 15,000 homes as an established real estate appraiser in the Seattle region, specializing in construction lending appraisal services. He has acquired dozens of properties, managed construction rehabilitation of dozens of existing homes, managed rental properties and developed new construction projects. Sam is a graduate of UW and currently serves on the board of New Horizon’s Ministries in downtown Seattle.

Canuche works to make Green Canopy a company that investors clamor to own. He developed the financial model & the Carbon Reduction Incentive Fund (CRIF) model for Enterprise Cascadia & the City of Seattle’s residential loan program, CPW. He began his career doing environmental consulting with Kleinfelder. Canuche is responsible for the strategic financial management of Green Canopy. He holds an MBA from BGI with a focus on sustainable business.

Justin is an experienced professional in construction management with over a dozen years of diverse responsibility in commercial and residential construction project management. Mr. Hooks is responsible for the overall management of Green Canopy’s construction program. He works closely with the entire team to ensure the comfort, beauty and successful completion of every Green Canopy Home.
