Ryan has 10 years textile and mill finishing experience in Taiwan. Upon completing his MBA in the US, Ryan returned to Taiwan and worked as Sales and R & D Director for a fabric supplier for US and European markets. He is the principal owner and President of JouJouFish a technical fabric supplier. Ryan has established relationships with key mills and brands throughout Asia that will be critical to GTI’s business roll out in that region.

Mike CostaSales Director
Mike has over 30 years experience in textile manufacturing, sales and development. During these years Mike has established solid relationships with both brands and mills all over the world. He understands both production and supply chain dynamics. Prior to GTI Mike worked 12 years with Singtex which is a target mill customer for GTI.

Dr. Gary Selwyn, Ph.DChairman
Dr. Selwyn is a seasoned chemist and inventor with 30+ patents. He is founder/President of Green Theme Technology, where he invented the GTI platform. He is the recipient of awards from IBM Invention Center, Los Alamos National Lab and the National Research Council. Previously, Gary was the founder of APJeT a global expert in low temperature, atmospheric plasmas and chemical nanotechnology. He has a Ph.D in Chemical Physics from Cal Berkeley

He spent 10 years in public accounting before joining his first start-up and guided 2 companies from start-up to IPO filing. He founded an internet company which sold to The Golf Channel and was a partner in 2 marketing agencies with successful exits. He has experience in early stage investing, employee ownership programs, M & A, investment banking and board member

Martin has 30 years experience in the apparel, footwear and textiles with a complete understanding from design, to fabric manufacturing to retail. He has successfully built business units with multi-million revenue growth for brands including Columbia, Massif, Sierra Brands and Dicks. Martin brings business acumen along with design training from Chambre Syndicalye de la Haute Couture, the worlds top design Institute finishing 2nd in the class.
