Dmitry Fomin graduated with a Chemical Engineering degree from North Carolina State University. Dmitry has worked in R&D companies for over ten years in the development of new engineering technologies.
He has also developed and operated bench-scale reactors as well as pre-commercial pilot plants. Dmitry has managed teams of employees and was responsible for all data collection and analysis.

Cindy has a BA From Wright State and an MBA from the University of Dayton, She is a business manager and serial entrepreneur. She is an author, a principal of Skinny Leopard Media and an expert in social media marketing. She has received numerous awards including the NCR Century Point Club Award, the DEC Midwest Region MVP, and the Top Ten Sales and Best Marketing Practices Awards from Atlanta Bread Company.

Colin is a graduate of Florida State University where he graduated Cum Laude with a BS in Management. While studying for his degree, Colin managed the FSU 2012 ACC College Champion basketball team. He has served as Director of Membership, Sales and Program Director of the Manatee County YMCA supervising and coordinating over 40 employees and has acted as the public face of the Y as speaker and presenter at numerous functions and events.

Robert graduated Cum Laude from Columbia University Law School. He has practiced corporate and business law for many years and is admitted to practice in NY and FL. He was founder of a software development company since sold to a publicly traded company. In addition, Robert was Associate General Counsel and Director of Technology & Transactional Law at the New York Presbyterian Hospital, the Hospital of Cornell, and Columbia Universities.
