I founded the company in 2004 as as a R&D hydrogen energy research company. Founders injected $2 million and government $500,000 dollars over a three-year period. In 2007 I took our technology and intellectual knowledge gained through the R&D work, to Alberta. In 2008 we installed equipment on five oil and gas sites and for six years we manufactured electricity on site, for sale, from waste gas which comes up with oil pumping activities.
