I've been in sales and marketing for over 20 years. When I recently was layed off by the company I helped to build, I decided to follow my own dreams. I've been an avid home-brewer for years and have developed quite a taste for beer and wine. I hope to make that into a lifelong career.

Jacques has been a head chef for 19 years. He has always made the best foods, from simple barbeques to weddings and banquets. He owns his own business, Chef On The Go, a mobile catering service. However the current economy has devastated his business and he is seeking the opportunity to get a second chance.

Gary has been a bartender for over 30 years and has handled every aspect of running a bar/restaurant. It is with that experience, that he is a vital componnent of our venture, from basic supplies to handling the staff.

Bob had been in shipping and receiving for over 30 years and was recently layed off. He handled all aspects of the distribution for a mass production printing company. He too is looking for an opportunity to get another chance at helping to build our distribution from top to bottom.
