Early on, she was one of the youngest vice presidents in Burson-Marsteller history, and later rose to EVP at Grey Worldwide where she served on the Executive Committee of its PR agency, GCI (now Cohen & Wolfe). She led GCI's largest practice group in NA to profitability and double-digit growth for six consecutive years.

David Meachin, who received his MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School, founded Cross Border Enterprises, an internationally-oriented boutique investment bank that assists IT and technology-focused firms with their M&A and financing and business development needs. Previously, he served 10 years as Managing Director of Merrill Lynch & Company, after being associated with Salomon Brothers and Smith, Barney & Co.

Prayag is a seasoned technologist with hands-on development and architectural experience with prestigious brands in the consumer packaged goods and financial industries. He worked with IBM Global Services on various accounts supporting Technology and Compliance needs. Prayag owns and operates a Technology Services Firm with specialization in Social and Mobile Apps as well as full scale development efforts for agencies and their partners.
