Great Blue Heron Natural Birthing Haven will be a free standing natural birthing center located in Cary, NC owned and operated by Cheryl Hamburger and Craig Simms. It will be a for profit center intended to cater to the growing number of couples who would rather give birth in a smaller, mother friendly environment than is possible in hospitals. The estimated cost for the start up and first three years of operation is approximately $1,500,000.
