Mr. Anstey is a licensed attorney in NY, and has held various positions as an entrepreneur and at multinational corporations. He was the Director of Thermoelectrics at TAM Ceramics. He has worked at the N.Y.S.E. in the Enforcement Division, at Calyon Investment Bank in corporate compliance, and Fidelity Investments in London, UK in corporate governance. He also graduated with a business degree from McGill Universiy, Montreal, QC.

Bill has 25 years of indus­trial expe­ri­ence at East­man Kodak Company, Rohm and Haas, and Dow Chem­i­cal, where he directed inter­nal R&D pro­grams, JDAs with other significant industrial partners well as numerous aca­d­e­mic tech­nol­ogy devel­op­ment part­ner­ships. He has signif­i­cant expe­ri­ence in lead­ing cross-functional teams of sci­en­tists and engineers and in deliv­er­ing inte­grated prod­uct solutions.
