Dr. Vijay Mathur has 35 years of paper and pigment industry experience. He was in the forefront of converting the worldwide paper industry from acid to alkaline papermaking, while working for Weyerhaeuser Company. After leaving Weyerhaeuser, Dr. Mathur worked for Continental Lime (later Imerys) where he was part of the management team responsible for the construction and start-up of several PCC plants worldwide. He has several patents.

JIm McCullough is an innovative business owner, designer and builder with more than 30 years in the housing industry. After growing a two-man mobile-home installation crew into one of Washington's largest manufactured home retailers, he sold his stake in the company to pursue his passion for designing and building new homes. He is a founding partner in EcoAbode, a Tacoma company which uses advanced technology products to build economical homes

With 26 years of experience in the building and aerospace industries, Norm Gannon helps GRS successfully meet the critical path deadlines for the company's revolutionary products. In 2000 Mr. Gannon received special recognition from the State of Washington for his award-winning tactics center on high customer satisfaction and continuous quality improvement. He is a founding partner in EcoAbode.

Mr. Adams was formerly the Vice President for Technology Planning, Acquisition and Evaluation and Global R&D Strategies at Boeing Phantom Works, the enterprise-wide R&D business unit of The Boeing Company. Most recently he was General Counsel and Executive Vice President for Corporate Affairs at Integral Systems, Inc., the world leader in satellite command and control systems, which was sold to Kratos Defense & Security Systems.
