Krish graduated from NDSU, Fargo, ND with M.S in
Computer Science. Krish has 20 years of experience
in IT industry working in various industries like
Financials, Pharma, Insurance and Retail. He has
been involved with nonprofit organizations for many
years. He is passionate about helping needy people
and loves creative ideas to help people with wealth
sharing. He also co-founded IT, Real Estate and
Telecom companies.

Luke is a serial entrepreneur and veteran investor;
founder of Lazarus Investments and Landmark
Commercial Group, both commercial investment real
estate firms specializing in the brokerage / syndication
of distressed commercial assets. He attended the
University of Louisville majoring in Political Science,
and sits on the Louisville based Commonwealth
Crowdfunding Committee, which advocates and
lobbies for the crowdfunding industry.
