Rahier is the Co-founder and COO of POMS and oversee strategic planning, financial operations and capital activities. He is responsible for driving POMS’ position as one of the thought leaders in the payments & money remittance industry. Prior to POMS, Rahier helped launch domu.com, was CFO of Schatz Development, worked at Cerberus Capital Management and Time Warner. Bachelors degree from the University of Pennsylvania and MBA from Chicago Booth

Thomas is a Co-founder and CEO of POMS and spearheads the company's overall strategic direction. He has been instrumental in building the distribution channel for POMS. Thomas is a former DOD intelligence analyst and serial entrepreneur who has started and exited several successful global ventures in the media, financial, professional services industries. Thomas has a Bachelors degree in Political Science from the University of Texas at Austin.

Doug oversees marketing and brand development for POMS. Previously, he was at Vibes Media in charge of sales, client services and marketing. As the 2nd employee, he helped Vibes reach #94 on the Inc 500 list of fastest growing companies in 2007. Earlier, Doug was the 30th employee at Aerial where he developed all aspects of the brand from scratch and grew the company to $6 billion in market cap. Doug has an MBA from Kellogg (Northwestern).

Sergei is responsible for directing the technical development of the POMS platform, including the web, mobile and retail interfaces. Sergei brings extensive financial sector experience across web-based solutions, application development, API integration, database development, and data analysis tools. He has technical expertise across high transaction applications from his work with Citadel Investment Group and Northern Trust Bank.
